THE PROBLEM: Have you ever wanted to hold a conference call between yourself and 5, 7, or even 10 customers or vendors? This can be an expensive and confusing endeavor, depending on the service you choose to use.

If you wish to set up a conference call, all you have to do is contact your Administrative Assistant with a specific time, and he/she will give you the phone number and password to use. Then all you have to do is give each participant that information and you're good to go. (Your Assistant can even contact the other participants with the information so you won't have to).
